Cabot Cove 4th of July Party!
Cabot’s 4th of July luncheon was one for the record books! With over-the-top decorations, a spectacular luncheon, and loads of fun with our friends & family! Cabot Cove residents enjoyed the amazing day together celebrating our nation’s independence! Lighting the sky on our 4th of July, the Activity department dressed the building to the nines and created a patriotic scene! We indulged in a variety of 4th of July classics: BBQ ribs and chicken, hotdogs and hamburgers, corn on the cob & coleslaw. Yum! Juicy watermelon to make the day perfect! Everyone had a fantastic time at the 4th of July Party!

Candle Light Dinner
Cabot Cove will be hosting another magical candlelight dinner for all the residents. It is a black-tie event and we encourage everyone to dress to the hilt! The theme of the evening is Under the Sea! We will have a special meal along with a shark attack cocktail to enhance the under the sea adventure. Victoria will play music that will enchant your hearts! We are looking forward to all the residents joining Mary at our annual August Candlelight Dinner. The evening’s menu will be featuring Surf & Turf!

Wednesday Outing Day!
At Cabot Cove Assisted Living, we enjoy our Wednesday outings to stores or restaurants. Last month, we went to Dollar Tree & Hospice Thrift Store for shopping. We went to Applebee’s & Acropol Greek restaurants for lunch! Everyone has a great time! We encourage more to participate in these fun outings. We also encourage family to meet us at these outings. The activity department is looking to hear your ideas of where to eat and shop, so contact Debbie if you have some good ideas! Remember the sign-up book is in the front lobby area, so be sure to sign up by the day before the outing. Thank you to all who participate in our Wednesday outings!

Trivia with Rhonda and Roberta!
Each month we have the duo extraordinaire, Rhonda & Roberta visit us and bring on a fun game of trivia! Rhonda is employed with Harbourwood Health Center. Roberta is employed at HCA Florida Home Health. The two come in house and bring trivia & prizes for all! They bring a whole new flavor of fun to Cabot Cove! The prizes are fantastic, such as perfume, nail polish, hats, coffee mugs & more! Make sure to say hello if you see them in the community!
