4th of July Party!
Cabot’s 4th of July cookout was one for the record books! With the over-the-top decorations, a saucy BBQ, and loads of fun with our friends, Cabot Cove residents enjoyed the amazing day together! Lighting the sky on our 4th of July the Activity department dressed the building to the nines and created a patriotic scene! Big fans of BBQ, Raymond & Pat enjoyed the delicious spread. From BBQ ribs and chicken, to hotdogs and hamburgers, they both savored the day with a side of coleslaw, potato salad and good times! Everyone had a fantastic time at the 4th of July Party! DJ Nick Caplin came and entertained us with patriotic music and music from the decades. Lovely celebratory cookies were served along with some adult beverages! There was dancing and singing all around. Thank you everyone for making our Independence Day an entertaining and special celebration.

Candlelight Dinner!
Cabot Cove will be hosting another magical candlelight dinner for all the residents at Cabot Cove. It is a black-tie event and encourage everyone to dress to the hilt! We will have a special meal along with champagne and Victoria on the harp! The theme of the evening is A Midsummer Night’s Dream after the Shakespeare play. There will also be a photo booth for residents and staff. Chef Mike will be using his excellent culinary skills and creating a masterpiece meal for the event! The sweet sound of the harp will help bring the magical and whimsical atmosphere that everyone will be talking about! If you are wanting an evening dress contact Debbie in activities; she can help you find one. She can also help any men that would like a tie or dinner jacket. Come and be enchanted by the elegance and fun that William Shakespeare envisioned by his stories and enjoy a special evening at Cabot Cove of Largo Assisted Living Community.
Lunch and Laughter!
Some of the gang from Cabot Cove had a great time and great food at Cheddars restaurant last month! Not only was there delicious food, but great conversation and laughter! It’s always a good time when we get together for our outing each month. This month we will be enjoying a beautiful sight seeing van ride to the beach and a picnic courtesy of Aravilla Clearwater Memory Care! We appreciate them for the use of their transport bus! Keep an eye out for next month for more outing adventures! Summer fun at Cabot Cove!
Eight is enough for this fantastic Cabot Cove group! Patti, Ron, Dottie, Barbara, Yvonne, Julie, Kay, and Edna So much fun, and the potato soup was delicious!

What do you get when you add three good friends and one jigsaw puzzle? A 500 piece good time! Puzzle masters/ and good friends, Micki, Lynda & Louise inspire others at Cabot Cove to join in for a puzzling good time!
