Shamrock Shakes and Green Beer!
Last month’s St. Patrick’s Day Party was a big hit! The Blarney Stone made its way around the building! Activity Department served up pastry goodies along with green beer & shamrock shakes for our St. Patrick’s Day party. Harpist, Victoria Garcia played fun, uplifting Irish music that left everyone smiling! Our chef made the traditional corned beef & cabbage, for a spectacular lunch, with delicious turnovers for dessert! A big thank you to the family members that came out to share this fun day with us!

Residents had a nice trip to Dollar Tree last month. Here are two of those happy shoppers! Mary & Barbara loaded down with some good stuff! We love to get out on Wednesdays. We went to Cheddar’s last month and had a great lunch! We love the free croissants you get there!
Entertainment Galore!
Cabot Cove of Largo is not shy at bringing in entertainers! We want our assisted living residents be entertained and have fun! Every month we have at least six entertainers, four of which come to our Thursday Happy Hour! Our entertainers range from magicians, Frank Sinatra style, Gospel, D.J.’s, and just old time fun music! Jerry Simmerer rocks the keyboard, while David McAbee plays the guitar. Everyone loves Mike Belton and his fun sense of humor & great voice. Rick & Debbie dance around; Rick with his guitar and Debbie with her tambourine or kazoo. Carla Hines rocks the house with her great Motown, just to name a few. Family is always invited to join in on the fun, so come out and check all of our great entertainers that help to keep things rocking & rolling at Cabot Cove of Largo!

Spring has Sprung!
Now that the weather is warming up, residents can sit outside in our beautiful courtyard. We will be having more outside activities. Now everyone can enjoy a little sunshine! We will be getting our new gazebo soon too!
